Beautiful and Great Customer Service and Exchange

I purchased those beauties over BFCM and when they arrived I was so pleased with the look and quality; however, they had felt a bit too tight to be comfortable walking for long walks so I reached out to their support team for help. I inquired if the initial tightness was normal and hope that they will loosen up a bit over time with wear but don't want to make them dirty by going outside with them before I confirm. Their CS got back within 24 hrs of my email inquiry and was honest about their product. I was told that due to the material it's unlikely that they will become looser and recommended that I initiated an exchange for a size up. The process to do that through their online link was a breeze, it was easy to just print out a postal code to stick on the original package and send it back. Yesterday I've received the exchanged pair and they are stunning and much more comfortable with the scent of lemon :) I'd suggest ordering a size up for those who are like me who usually wears a US 6 but for a pair of rain boots US 7 would def be more comfortable. Love them!

First half hour was “break in “ phase .. beyond was good for long walks alrdy. Lateral support is good too bc of the chunky heel. The glossy finish makes it really chic. Wishing for dark brown/ chestnut for daily use…

Gorgeous rain boots. Love the glossy finish.So comfortable from day 1. Love that these boots have a working zipper for easy put on and off and the stretch material on the side for swollen ankles.Bought mine in Black size 5-6.Sizing for my feet is perfect. And they smell amazing!

Love them but size up

These look great and are comfortable. Usually I'm size 38 but had to exchange for a 39 as they run a little bit tight so size up. Good customer service in processing the exchange. Love the boots!
