Small and narrow

Love the look of this boot, but I bought the 8.5 -9 size (women) - I am a solid 8.5 socks no socks so I thought this would do as I have purchased other Lemmon Jelly's. The length is OK a bit smaller than what I thought but this boot is very narrow and painful. I removed the insole and it gives me a bit more room but without being able to wear it with a solid sock, this boot will be painful - go up at least 1 size. Also, I bought these on sale, the purchase process was easy and I got it within one day - AMAZING. BUT - no refund as it was a final sale, but it did not say that anywhere during the purchase nor on the receipt. So I'm not very happy. I would not buy an item on sale again based on this experience.
