Non-Returnable Items / Final Sale
To return a product and receive a refund, the customer MUST request an RMA Number (Return Merchandize Authorization) from email@example.com.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returned items without an RMA Number will be refused and will be returned to the sender.
This excludes outlet items.
To be eligible to return a product and receive a refund, a customer must send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive an RMA number.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping Expenses will not be refunded.

Lemon Jelly make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders generally ship from our Montreal, QC. Location within 1 business days and delivery may take up to 5 business days depending on your location.
Please be aware that we do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday or statutory holidays and we ship to Canada via UPS.

All returned items should be declared as a "return of merchandise " (categorized as a NON-SALE item) on the customs declaration. Returned items that do not include this mention on their custom declaration will be refused and returned to the sender. Shipping and customs fees are not refundable.
