Exchange and Returns
You have 30 days from the date of the receipt of the order to return your LemonJelly.ca purchase.
These are the options for returning your merchandise:
- Go to your local post office and ship out the return at your expense
- You may also feel free to email us at info@lemonjelly.ca in order for us to provide you with a label from our preferred rate account at a fixed fee of 9.99 (which will be deducted from your refund).

You have 30 days from the date of the receipt of the order to exchange your LemonJelly.ca purchase for FREE.
You can exchange your item’s sizes or colours for the same style.
If you prefer to exchange it for a different item, you need to place a new order first, send us the new order number to info@lemonjelly.ca
To exchange your original item, we offer you a FREE and SEAMLESS process.
- Exchanging an item purchased at LemonJelly.ca is simple. Email us at info@lemonjelly.ca to let us know which size/colour the name of another item you would need as an exchange ( in order to make sure that we keep your requested size on hold for you). Please have written in the Subject letter the following (Exchange for Order #). After putting your exchanged size on hold, we will be sending you a FREE exchange label, to the email provided with your order.

You have 7 days from the exchange request to return your merchandise back to our Montreal warehouse facility. If this period has passed and we have not received the original items, we will not be able to guarantee to have your requested pair.

- Only one exchange request can be done at a time for the same order. We do not offer any price adjustments for any order

The following conditions must be met in order to receive a full refund or exchange.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that you have received the item.
*Exclusions* Black Friday & Cyber Monday - For orders placed from 11/18/2022 - 12/5/2022 for this two-week period only, we will not accept returns for a refund, only for an exchange. Any returns during this sale period specifically, will be at the customer's expense.
Please note that all orders purchased with items on sale at 50% and/or from the Final Sale section are all FINAL SALE!
We cannot proceed with a price match request as we can only do this when all conditions below are met:
DISCOUNTED ITEMS ON SALE - PRICE MATCH
- Item's price was not in a sale price when purchase was made
- The order was placed 7 days from the date of the receipt of the order
- No other coupon code was used when the order was placed
For returning your item for a refund, please be advised that the original shipping fee that had been paid when placing the order will not be refunded.
- The refund will be made via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase.
- You will receive the return confirmation via email once the return has been completed
- Please allow between 5-7 business days for the funds reflect in your account.
- If you do not see a credit to your account within 14 days, please use the confirmation and present it to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process or email us at info@lemonjelly.ca
- For returning your item for a refund, please be advised that the original shipping fee that had been paid when placing the order will not be refunded.
