I just received my first pair of lemon jellies I want more !!!!! Extremely comfortable beautiful colour most importantly helps 💯 with my planters fasciitis!!!! Can’t wait to order the matching handbags as well !!! I really can’t say enough about this product if you don’t own them yet ….. you better get ordering !!!!!

Beautiful

They are beautiful and light. But I need to exchange them for one size larger. They seem to be tight.

Refund difficulty

I ordered a pair of the Sunny sandals in fuschia. They arrived quickly and I was thrilled when I saw how beautiful they were. That is until I looked a little closer and noticed the sole of one sandal was not sealed to the side. I have been trying to return them under the “defective product” return portal to no avail. I get to the end of the process and when I click “proceed with return” it takes me back to the main page.
I have emailed Lemon Jelly several times but the advice they give is to return through the return portal which isn’t very helpful since that isn’t working for me.
I am hoping to have resolution soon because I love the sandals and want to exchange for the yellow.
